Each of us brings a unique set of experiences and passions to the practice of spiritual direction, but we share a commitment to providing a welcoming place for you—wherever you are in your journey.
What Is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is the practice of sacred listening, where one person accompanies another on their journey of faith and self-discovery. It is a space designed not for fixing or advice-giving, but for noticing the presence of holy moments in the everyday rhythms of life. In our sessions, we slow down to listen deeply to your story, helping you discern the whispers of your own soul and the invitations of grace that surround you.
Whether you're seeking clarity in a season of transition, longing for a deeper connection to the sacred, or sensing a need for companionship in this phase of your journey, spiritual direction offers a safe space to be your authentic self. Here, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Tessa’s approach is rooted in God’s word and incorporates contemplative practices for listening to the Holy Spirit.
